Episode One: You Don't Know Me Until You've Met Me. The six travelers start their journey in unceded Algonquin, Anishnabek territory, Ottawa, Ontario. Here, they meet Indigenous activist and performer Ian Campeau, formerly of a Tribe Called Red. He prepares them for the life-changing journey that lies ahead.
Episode Three: A Road to Healing. Here the divide in the group is at a breaking point, with some participants having completely new outlooks, while others continue holding on to their original beliefs. The final stop on the 28 day journey is in Ahousaht First Nation, on the west side of Vancouver Island.

In the series First Contact, which airs on APTN, six white participants travel across Canada and openly air their thoughts about Indigenous people, whom participants describe as lazy, alcoholics, welfare cheats, and hopeless among many other negative stereotypes.
Episode Two: Changing the Lens. The six participants travel south to Thunder Bay, the largest city in Northwestern Ontario and a hub to many Indigenous communities throughout the region. But a number of tragic incidents in recent years have exposed some extreme racist attitudes towards Indigenous people within the city.
